From the moment we walked in until the end of our visit, every person we interacted with was incredibly friendly and patient. I accidentally left both my husband’s and my insurance cards at home, and the office manager was so kind, helpful, and reassuring. She handled everything with a smile, which I really appreciated. Most importantly, my daughter’s nerves were put at ease, and she left with a big smile on her face. We had such a wonderful experience and have definitely found our new dental office!

I appreciated how they were set up with toys and activities to keep the kiddos entertained while they wait and they were clearly skilled at dealing with uncooperative toddlers. However, their suggestion that my 2 year old have surgery to remove tongue and lip ties that don’t impact her feeding or speech was a bit disappointing and made me uncomfortable. It’s great they offer that service when needed. But I don’t understand why you’d recommend that for an asymptomatic child.

Stone Oak Pediatric Dentistry is the absolute best! They are friendly, professional, and thorough. They also offer the amazing service of after hour emergency consultations when an issues arise. I have had to use this service with both of my little ones and it had been so smooth every time. Nothing beats a consultation from one of their actual dentist in an emergency. They have given me great advice and peace of mind.

They were very nice and professional!! I love when they explain every single detail about what’s going on, procedures, and after care. They are very thorough with everything. My baby got a lip and tongue tie release, the procedure was done super fast!!

I’ve taken my daughter here for over 2 years and have been pleased with her care each time. Recently, she had to have 2 teeth pulled. Both Dr. Susie and the assistant were so kind and compassionate. They helped calm her anxiety at first, and were constantly checking in with her and cheering her on. It went so much better than either of us expected! I highly recommend them!
